The best decisions come from exchange. I show up with concrete ideas, I listen to everyone else's, and we converge together. My role is to fuel the discussion, not to short-circuit it.
I carry topics all the way to production. What we build together ends up in the hands of real people, not forgotten in a backlog.
I speak the language of the PO, the designer and the dev team. What that eliminates: misunderstandings, unnecessary back-and-forth and meetings about meetings.
For the past two years, I've reorganized how I work around AI. Not as a shortcut. As an exoskeleton.
AI is my sparring partner and my scribe. It helps me materialize ideas at the speed of thought. What it frees up is my attention. I put that attention on what can't be delegated: business needs, UX, security, maintainability, tests, documentation.
The quality of generated code is always as good as the structure built around it. That responsibility is entirely mine. I train dedicated agents with deep, long-term memory of each codebase — which means responses get more relevant over time. And I review everything. 100%. No line ships to production without human validation.
Result: I deliver 7 times faster. Without sacrificing quality. By reinforcing it.
I collaborated with Jérémie Gisserot on the Réfugiés.info project (DIAIR — French Ministry of the Interior), where he first worked on implementing the French State Design System (DSFR) and ensuring RGAA accessibility compliance, before extending his scope from front-end all the way to back-end.
Versatile is an understatement: "I design and code unique interfaces" isn't just a slogan. Jérémie moves with equal ease from React components to our generative AI POCs, always staying on top of new developments and in constant learning mode, always with precise feedback for our PO and constructive challenge for the designer.
Cherry on top, Jérémie is a great communicator too (just look at his LinkedIn!), you'll quickly realize he's not just going to help you with his dev skills ;)
