2 months with an AI agent: what actually changed
Honest review after 2 months with a personal AI agent: what changed, what didn't, how much it costs, who it's for.
Product Engineer, freelance for 20 years.
Design, code and AI for public services and the social economy.
I join your team on long-term missions to design and build impactful digital products.
Honest review after 2 months with a personal AI agent: what changed, what didn't, how much it costs, who it's for.
How an AI agent fits into daily life: contextual news, idea dumping, memory that connects, sparring partner. Real experience after 2 months.
The full stack behind my AI agent: Letta, Coolify, Supabase, 17 skills, 24 crons. Honest retex from a dev who wired it all himself.
I built a personal AI agent that remembers context, challenges my ideas, and works asynchronously. Here’s the setup and the real impact.
My daughter had her brevet in June. Her teacher covered 1 chapter out of 15. Instead of getting angry, I built her an AI tutor with persistent memory — Socratic method, K-pop motivation triggers, guardrails against dependency. Here's the full architecture.
A hands-on case study on migrating Réfugiés.info to the French State Design System (DSFR) and continuously improving RGAA accessibility compliance, led by a small Beta.gouv team.
DSFR, RGAA, 8 languages — how I led the accessibility and design system migration of a French government platform with a two-person dev team at Beta.gouv.
How we crafted a modern and cohesive user experience to transform event carpooling.
I come with proposals, not questions. Decisions that would take three meetings happen in one conversation.
There's no middleman between the vision and the code: nothing gets lost along the way.
The result: you ship faster, and what you ship is consistent end to end.
Twenty years designing and building digital products across very different contexts. I can read a specification, a product roadmap or an accessibility report without needing a translator.
Public services and the social and solidarity economy have become my home ground: I know the constraints and the vocabulary.
The time we spend together, we build. We don't align.
I know where AI genuinely helps and where it creates problems down the road.
What I deliver works in real conditions, not in a presentation.
You get the benefit without having to understand the inner workings.
I know how to build a digital product end to end: research, design, development, deployment. I step in wherever the gap is.
What matters to me is the team. Knowing the other roles lets me be useful where it counts, and translate between disciplines when needed.
I document my design decisions so everyone understands the choices, even six months later.

How I helped a renowned agency optimize the management and quality of over 100 websites.
I collaborated with Jérémie Gisserot on the Réfugiés.info project (DIAIR — French Ministry of the Interior), where he first worked on implementing the French State Design System (DSFR) and ensuring RGAA accessibility compliance, before extending his scope from front-end all the way to back-end.
Versatile is an understatement: "I design and code unique interfaces" isn't just a slogan. Jérémie moves with equal ease from React components to our generative AI POCs, always staying on top of new developments and in constant learning mode, always with precise feedback for our PO and constructive challenge for the designer.
Cherry on top, Jérémie is a great communicator too (just look at his LinkedIn!), you'll quickly realize he's not just going to help you with his dev skills ;)
In short: full-stack developer, communicator and creative, Jérémie is the Swiss army knife you dream of having on a tech-product team. I recommend him without reservation.
What a pleasure to cross paths with Jérémie in our team since the start of 2024! Jérémie demonstrates a very high level of interpersonal and professional skills with a fascinating specialty: the frontier between design and front-end.
Jérémie is like a fish in water in both areas, but also carries complementary skills in his toolkit: back end, frameworks, AI...
On a human level, his calm, his pedagogy and his adaptability (not to mention his good humor and kindness) are undeniable and decisive assets for a high-performing team that works in good intelligence!
Having a Jérémie on your team is a significant advantage that I highly recommend!
Diligent and pedagogical, it's a pleasure to work together.
Jérémie knows how to put his energy at the service of the company's needs and the missions entrusted to him, always with that little extra creativity that allows us to aim even further.
The UI/UX and development combination that he handles wonderfully only makes collaboration more enjoyable and makes the impossible... almost possible :)
I have the privilege of working with Jérémie at StadiumGO, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most competent professionals I have had the pleasure of collaborating with. Jérémie possesses a very wide range of skills, making him a true creative developer. He has remarkable expertise in UI/UX, both in design and technical implementation. His ability to solve complex problems with creativity and efficiency is impressive.
He is an excellent communicator and is also gifted with empathy! Everyone understands what he does (tech or not), and he aligns with everyone's needs. He is a trustworthy person, always ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism. His impeccable work ethic and determination to achieve excellence inspire those who work with him.
I highly recommend Jérémie for any future opportunity. He is one of the pillars that a company needs.
